SALES DIRECTOR - MEDIA COMMUNICATION
Responsibilities:
a.. Create, manage and develop the sales and marketing strategy for Media Communication for All Areas.
b.. Work closely with Vertical Sales Management and able to coordinate targeted sales activities and revenue growth
c.. Command an in-depth understanding of the media and market research industry, practices and applications, and overall market trends
d.. Plan and assign business territories and market segments for maximum revenue generation
e.. Forecast revenues for relevant markets and solutions
f.. Motivate sales personnel
g.. Evaluate performance, measure and control quota carrier achievements
h.. Organize career development strategies to grow employees
Qualifications:
a.. Minimum 3 years experience as a Account Director or Sales Director with leadership experience preferably with remote management
b.. Minimum Bachelors' degree from any discipline, Master degree is preferable
c.. Experience with online companies – preferable media related, advertising, or Insurance
d.. Male/Female, Ages between 35 – 45 years old
e.. Excellent people management and communications skills
f.. Exhibits commercial acumen, credibility and able to build an effective relationship
g.. Good understanding of the media/market research industry
h.. Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills
i.. Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
